Web hosting, cloud hosting, and managed hosting solutions. - Dedicated and VPS Server Management:

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive to provide reliable Services with an uptime of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service and are not liable for any downtime. - Maintenance:
Scheduled maintenance may be required to ensure the optimal performance of our Services. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any scheduled downtime.
5. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. - Late Payments:
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your Services. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. - Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods or for unused Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Termination and Cancellation
- Termination by QData.cloud:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any applicable law. - Cancellation by Client:
You may cancel your Services at any time through your account management interface. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. - Data Retrieval:
Upon termination or cancellation, it is your responsibility to retrieve any data stored on our servers. We may delete your data after termination or cancellation.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
- Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of malware, spamming, or hosting illegal content. - Resource Usage:
Excessive use of resources that impacts the performance of our Services for other clients may result in limitations or suspension of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership:
All intellectual property rights in the Services and related content, including software, documentation, and design, remain the property of QData.cloud and its licensors. - License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold QData.cloud harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
